For law firms
Wellbeing that holds up in a law firm.
Counsellor-led group sessions that give lawyers a structured, confidential space to talk about the hard parts of the job, and help your firm show it is taking psychosocial safety seriously.

Why now
Psychosocial safety is now enforceable in NSW.
From 1 July 2026, NSW employers must follow approved Codes of Practice, including the Code on managing psychosocial hazards at work, or show an equally effective alternative. Not doing so can now be prosecuted on its own.
The Code expects firms to identify hazards like high workload, low support and poor workplace relationships, consult workers, and control the risks. Group sessions are not a replacement for fixing workload or supervision, but they are a practical way to consult people, surface what is really going on, and build the support between colleagues that the Code asks for.
What you get
A program built for how lawyers work.
Confidential groups
Small groups run by a trained counsellor, with clear ground rules. What is said in the room stays there.
Relevant topics
Pressure and perfectionism, boundaries with clients, difficult conversations, and recovering from a hard matter.
Fits the diary
Sessions in your office at times that suit your teams, as a one-off or a series across the year.
CPD
Solicitors may be able to claim sessions towards CPD. CPD in NSW is self-assessed, so each lawyer decides whether an activity extends skills relevant to their practice.
How a session works
Think. Talk. Grow.
Think.
We bring the content. Evidence-informed topics and structured activities that open people up.
Talk.
We open the discussion. Honest responses, no advice giving, and the relief of hearing others feel the same.
Grow.
Every session closes with something practical: a skill, a reflection, a shift people take back to work.

But where are the spaces to be human?
The most powerful tool for human wellbeing isn't an app, a podcast, a pulse survey, or a mental health day:
It's other people.
We bring structured group connection inside the spaces you already have because the most connected communities aren’t accidental…
they’re structured.

Every group is different, but each session follows the same 3 stages.
-
We bring the content. Evidence-informed topics, structured activities, and questions designed to open people up rather than shut them down.
-
We open the discussion. Real questions, honest responses, no advice-giving. Just people saying the things they don't usually say out loud, and finding out others feel the same way.
-
Every session closes with something practical to take away. A skill, a reflection, a shift. People leave different to how they arrived.
